The Glengallan Rose
The sturdy white rose that still, in 1993, clambered over
the iron columns in front of the stone house, was removed
for propagation and lauched during 2004 as The Glengallan
Rose (lamarque). It can be seen today growing on a trellis
near the Heritage Centre entrance. It has also now been replanted
on columns either side of the main steps of the House. Glengallan
roses from ongoing propagations may be ordered/purchased at
the Heritage Centre.
